With WOTLK coming out in 1 day the whole guild should focus on reaching level 80 and getting themselves(I cannot stress the yourself part enough as we will not gear you out)a decent starter raid set. Things such as HIT CAP will be looked at as part of your selection to one of our NAXX teams. The goal is to run 3 NAXX 10 man squads 5 days a week that means we will need a core 10 and alternates for every squad, adding up to almost 50 players needed to commit to make this happen. This plan should put NAXX on farm shortly and we all know that the gear from the first 10 man is the key to getting solid progression down. Now with that being said if you cannot commit to joining a new 10 man squad as either a core member or a alternate you will have some serious thinking to do because we will not keep players in guild that do not help the guild as a whole in some way .
